But did you know that in terms of equality they lag behind in many contexts because of the prevailing patriarchy and the culturally deep-rooted restrictions, mainly imposed by the senior generation of women themselves? Women empowerment is a prudent need, and Sri Lanka needs it now more than ever! Would your experience and creative contributions empower the women in need? Let's put that to the test. What you have to do

• Helping the process of women empowerment.

• Finding solutions for problems faced by women.

• Educating the women on their rights.

• Creating documents with the analyses made about the subject women.
